GO Vegan To Save The Earth For More Health To Avoid Killing Animals!
Who we are
My name is Sara. I am 34 years old, I ate meat, dairy and eggs for almost 29 years of my life, like everyone else I knew.
I watch 2 documentaries (Cowspiracy and What the Health) and they changed my life.
I had many challenges, such as the questions I was asked, the worries and doubts I had about my own health and the health of my childs, such as what to eat as a vegetarian at parties. Or what should I cook if I had a guest? Does this lifestyle make me sick? Does veganism stop childs from growing, or can childs be at risk for disease or a lack of vitamins and proteins? What to do on trips? And questions like … I got some answers from online sources and some vegetarian friends. Anyway, time passed and I finally gained my experience, but I wanted to keep these challenges, answers and experiences share them with others.
I think being veganism can be useful for everyone, for those who like to live healthy, and for those who believe that the earth belongs to all living things, and living things have feelings and the right to live.
Zahra (my sister-in-law) writes vegan recipes and prepares delicious vegan dishes, Bahman loves filmmaking and produces short films about the environment, veganism, and animal rights, You can see the latest Bahman movies on the Ad1Film website

Vegan family story
8 years ago, My husband and I owned and invested in an advertising company in Tehran.
The children were small and went to kindergarten.
One day we felt that this is not our place and life is not what we want.
Within a week, we packed our entire lives in a few suitcases and went to an island called Kish.
We lived on Kish Island for about two years and with another immediate decision for the future, career advancement and future of our children, we left all our life, family, memories and immigrated to Georgia with a 20 kg suitcase.
We traveled from Tbilisi to Batumi city by city and then to eastern Turkey and from east to west Turkey to Northern Cyprus with backpacks, suitcases and laptops to find a better place to live.
Every time we get to the city, we stoped for a moment to feel whether we belong there or not!
We worked as freelancers and raised money to keep moving
Until we found out
No matter where we are in the world, no part of life will change unless it changes within us.
Thus, we decided to learn more about being human and living. We listed all our bad and right habits and started to change our beliefs and habits.
When we were enduring the hardships of immigration and trying to build a new identity, we came across a book on vegetarianism and little by little we researched about it. Bahman was the first person in the family who decided to become a vegetarian .
In our family, no one, not even the children, had to become vegan, each of us had our own plate of food.
We started exchanging information together and each of us did research.
When I (Sara) decided to choose veganism as my diet and lifestyle instead of a vegetarian diet and taught this to the children, and when the children consciously decided not to eat animal meat and dairy products, we became We became a vegan family.
We decided to go vegan and do more research on veganism and vegans.
