Every raw vegan eater is a vegetarian, but not every vegetarian is a raw vegan eater. What is Raw Vegan Diet
Veganism and raw food
In this type of diet and food style, nothing is cooked, and all meals are made of fruits and vegetables.
Raw vegetarians have a big refrigerator instead of an oven and gas in kitchen.
We use a food processor and blender, which is entirely desirable, simple, convenient, and economical for preparing raw food.
We never ever do not cook at temperatures above 40 to 48 degrees Celsius. In addition, in this raw vegan diet, foods should not be refined, pasteurized, pesticide-treated, or processed in general. Instead of cooking in the raw food diet, foods are prepared differently, such as dehydrating, mixing, dehydrating, soaking, and sprouting. Like vegetarianism, a raw diet is usually planned based on plant foods. It consists mainly of the stem of vegan products of mother nature, such as fruits and nuts (they have the same source in nature), vegetables, and ripened ovules (Seeds).
It might be interesting for you to find a raw vegan foods diet that is entirely based on plants and untouched nature. From a raw vegan point of view, we firmly believe that cooking foods harms human health and destroys the active enzymes of food due to this reaction; it reduces the nutrient structures and quantity of contents and chemical reaction of foods and reduces the life force that we believe is present in all raw or living foods. People use the raw food diet for benefits such as weight loss and low calories, better energy, resistance to chronic neurodegenerative diseases and cancer and mitochondria-based signaling diseases, better general health, and less environmental impact.
The raw vegan foods diet can be attributed to the 19th century AD. This diet has recently become very popular, and most of us are trying to experience and involve raw vegan food in our lifestyle.
Those who believe in raw vegan foodism and its results state that this diet’s excellent and healthy effects on a person’s physical health are very high. As a fan of raw veganism, I firmly believe that raw vegan foods diet should be consumed in vegans’ most natural state because the natural enzymes in live foods have many benefits for the body.
The Advantages of Raw Vegan Foods Diet
A raw vegan diet is rich in nutrients by consuming plant-based foods. This diet is associated with several health benefits.
The most significant advantage of a raw food diet is consuming fruits and vegetables in moderation, and we get very healthy factors in nature’s greens.
In this diet, high absorption of minerals and vitamins, such as fiber, antioxidants, vitamins A, E, C, potassium, and magnesium, have an antiaging effect on the skin and have anti-cancer properties due to antioxidants.
Cooking some foods, such as vitamin C found in spinach and carrots, causes the loss of some raw vegan properties, depending on the vegan types. Also, you do not overeat on a raw vegan diet; Therefore, it stabilizes and reduces weight in some people. Also, raw vegan diets reduce the risk of diabetes. There is a scientific relationship between fruits and vegetables, which are associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes. We can find a large amount of fiber, seeds, nuts, wheat berries, rice, lentils, peas, broad beans, chickpeas, soybeans, beans, lima, and peanuts in raw vegan foods diet, affecting blood sugar levels to become low and stable. Insoluble fibers help food move faster in the intestines and reduce the possibility of constipation. Soluble fiber is also beneficial because it helps feed the good bacteria in our digestive system and destroy the foul smell of our farts.
Fortunately, I have good news for you. I have the solution for losing your body weight via keeping this diet. I should say this: we have a balanced body mass index factor. Eating raw vegetarian foods reduces body weight by balancing body metabolism, burning the fats in the body, replacing them with muscle, and increasing the oxygen level in each cell. Hence, the result of this diet is fantastic and reachable.
