Raw Veganism

Raw veganism is the practice of following a diet that consists solely of raw, plant-based foods. Unlike other types of veganism, raw vegans do not consume any processed or cooked foods, in order to maintain their food’s natural state.
Raw vegans typically avoid all animal products — including dairy, eggs, honey, and even gelatin — in order to adhere to their chosen lifestyle.
Raw vegans may choose to adopt this type of diet for a variety of reasons. Some people choose to follow a raw vegan diet because they wish to minimize their intake of animal products. Others choose to follow a raw vegan diet as a way of reducing their environmental impact.
Raw vegans may also choose this type can reduce their risk of certain health conditions such as diabetes and cancer.
