Directions
The first time I ate samosas, I was on my way to school when a lady was selling samosas in a basket on the side of the street. I bought the first samosa and ate it on the way. It was delicious and crispy; the inside of the samosa was only filled with potatoes. I went home and learned the samosa recipe, and from time to time, I took some of the samosas I made to my school friends.
This recipe can be made with different types of dough and intermediate ingredients.
You can make the middle ingredients of samosa from soy, potato, and spinach.
And for samosa dough, use lavash bread and Yufga bread. If you like, you can make your favorite dough with any flavor you like.
In this vegetarian samosa recipe, I used potatoes and spinach, and, of course, fresh onions and aromatic spices, and fried them in hot oil until the samosa became crispy.
Diet samosa:
samosas is a very delicious and popular food, and people who are overweight or on a diet like to have this food in their diet. Of course, they should eat less than other people. By observing these few points, you can have a crispy and pleasant dietary samosa that is suitable even for children:
- The most important point: instead of frying samosa in a lot of oil, put it in the oven. The samosa will be more crispy in the oven.
- Do not use pizza cheese.
- Use vegetables such as potatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, garlic, corn, and aromatic vegetables.
