How to Become Vegan?
Some people start a vegan diet very easily, but for someone changing their lifestyle is harder. They should have new commitments in their life and when you are a Meat lover, veganism is not easy for you.
I come from the second group of people and before I started a vegan diet, every day we eat meat and seafood. If you are the same as me and have a full meat and seafood meal plan, I suggest you start veganism step by step.
In this way, you can decrease meat, dairy and etc. from your meal plan, and after a long time, you are a vegan person with better skin and a healthy body. Try this way and tell me about the result of changing your lifestyle.
