It’s wonderful how people can influence and inspire one another in any title. Influencers on social media are a big help these days. About the topic that we’re going to discuss; raw veganism, they play an important role in it. They can easily convince you to go raw, and they will show you how to do it by sharing every detail of this journey.

Whole plant-based was my focus back then, and it actually led me to where I am today, which is 100% raw vegan because years and years of being focused on whole food really led me to the principles and laid the foundation of why a truly whole food diet works. Do not denature the food, do not process the food, and just eat the whole food as it comes from the garden.
This is my way of eating and living now. I consider myself to be doing shadow work on this planet. This is a dark planet, but let’s not make any mistake about it. The cool thing is that eating fruit and being a raw vegan brings light to our consciousness. It literally is like shedding light on our consciousness, so if we are depressed or struggling with our place in the world or our well-being, changing the way we eat can help us.
Eating raw food is taking a big step in this changing process because it will guide us, give us clarity, and give us a sense of ease in a way that makes a profound difference. It heals the gut, the hormones, and the neurotransmitters, for one.
So, on a physiological level, the enzymatic process of raw food is proven scientifically to make it feel better. But then, just esoterically and spiritually, it opens us up and puts us on a path that we can see more clearly.
So that’s the mission I’ve been on. Whole plant-based food, which led me to more and more raw food.
Therefore, always eating salads and always eating raw food feels like the more you do, the more freedom you feel in your psyche, and then you’re not so concerned about getting your sense of safety from the world or your sense of meaning from it.
If we look outside ourselves and say, Where do I fit in? We’re doomed! We’ve got to look around the world and say, Who am I? And from the inner knowledge, the inner place, we might get a hint. So we must stop looking outside and start eating raw food, healthy food, and have a healthy diet, a lifestyle that we truly deserve, and accept a healthy diet in our lifestyle. It is really a process of looking inside, and it’s an honor and a reverence for our temple, our body, our source, and life itself.
