What Do Raw Vegans Eat for Breakfast?
Throughout all of our articles, we have talked about veganism and different vegan diets.
As you may know, there are many different vegan diets, and the most famous one is probably the raw vegan diet.
As everyone knows, vegan diets are completely plant-based, meaning that they donāt contain any animal meat or animal products.
Letās cut to the chase and talk about raw veganism itself. Raw veganism is a mix of veganism and raw foodism.
Most of you donāt know about raw foodism or rawism.
So, Iām going to explain it.
In this article you will read:
Raw Veganism
Raw veganism is a mix of a vegan diet and a raw diet.
I have told you before that Iām a raw vegan, and lately, Iāve been following different raw vegan meal plans, and up to now, I havenāt had any problems.
Raw vegans avoid meat and animal products exactly like normal vegans, but my diet is pretty different from a normal vegan diet because I eat my food uncooked and raw.
The exception that I talked about before is here:
We can cook our food but only heated up to 48ĀŗC (118ĀŗF).
Raw vegan diets are mostly made of vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
Protein in RawVegan Diets
Numerous health magazines and websites have talked about the required amount of protein for each person in a day, and on average, most of them say it should be between 0.8 and 1.8g per kilogram of body weight.
A statement that most of us have heard is that raw vegan diets or even vegan diets canāt make up for enough protein, and because of that, many people tend to choose another diet.
But is that true?
The truth is that vegan diets can make up for protein, but that depends on many different factors.
Your meal plan and your food choices really matter.
Our point is actually about deficiency, and you should know that deficiencies can occur in any diet.
The fix to that problem is in the hands of your nutritionist.
Speaking of protein in vegan diets, you can get enough protein from vegan protein sources like tempeh, seitan, tofu, etc.
So, with things of that nature, you might no longer have any problem with getting enough protein, but if you still have problems, you can use vegan protein powder, which is completely safe because it is a completely safe dietary supplement.
Many people donāt get enough protein from their breakfast, and thatās not good at all.
It is really important to get enough protein from your first meal, especially if you are a raw vegan, so that you can start your day pretty well.
To sum up, make sure that you are having enough protein in your breakfast.
Things You Should Know
Before we go through the list of raw vegan recipes, I want to assure you that all of these recipes are raw vegan, and we have put them in different categories so they can be suitable and useful for everyone.
Mainly because each person has a different appetite.
Some people have breakfast, and some people just drink tea or their favorite smoothie instead of having a complete breakfast. Even there are some people who choose to skip breakfast and have brunch later.
So, the reason that we have provided so many different meal plans and recipes is actually because of people’s different appetites and the times that they like to eat.
And here are recipes of different raw vegan foods that you can have for your first meal of the day.
In total, we have 40 different raw vegan recipes that you can have as your first meal of the day.
Note: Keep in mind that there is no such thing as boiling water in raw veganism, and we use less hot water, which is around 40ĀŗC.
