That’s why I’m excited to share my go-to recipe for vegan pancakes that are fluffy moist, and, don’t require any dairy products or eggs, and are perfect for any time of day.

First off, let me tell you that these pancakes don’t require any dairy or eggs. You can easily swap out regular butter for vegan butter or olive oil. To get the same level of adhesion as eggs, you can try using flax seed powder or chia seed eggs. These options are just as delicious and have the bonus of being rich in calcium.

Now, let’s talk about the flour. If you’re gluten intolerant, you can use maize flour as a substitute for white flour in any recipe to make them gluten-free. Corn flour that does not include gluten is high in dietary fiber, as well as the B vitamins thiamine, niacin, and potassium, as well as the minerals magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.
